Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Redy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using Redy, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Description of Service

Redy is a digital vault platform that allows you to:

• Store and organize information about your personal belongings
• Upload and manage documents (receipts, warranties, manuals)
• Track warranty expiration dates and receive reminders
• Share items with family members or trusted contacts
• Import purchase information from connected email accounts (optional)

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or through third-party authentication providers (Google, Apple, Microsoft). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Not share your account credentials with others

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Redy, including item descriptions, photos, documents, and any other materials ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Violates the privacy of others

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms. We may also remove content in response to valid legal requests or to protect the rights of others.

Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier

Redy offers a free tier with limited features. Free accounts may store up to 25 vault items with basic functionality.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions are handled according to the policies of the app store through which you purchased (Apple App Store, Google Play). Contact the respective app store for refund requests.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Collect personal information of other users without consent
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content), is owned by Redy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of information extracted from emails or documents. You should verify important information such as warranty dates and purchase details independently.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
